  • ② Share your pet's photo

    After confirming your order, you will receive an email within 24 hours inviting you to send us one or more clear photos of your companion.

    Tip: Choose clear, well-lit photos for optimal results.

  • ③ Validation and reception

    Once your portrait is complete, we will send you a digital preview.

    This is your opportunity to check the result and send us any comments you may have.

    We can make small adjustments to ensure your artwork is absolutely perfect before delivery.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

What types of photos should I provide?

  • A clear, well-lit photo, from the front or side
  • If possible, several angles (front, back, left profile, right profile)
  • Avoid blurry or overly dark photos
    The better the quality of the photo, the more faithful the rendering will be.

What are the manufacturing times?

As our products are 100% handmade, the lead time varies depending on the type of item:

  • Portrait on glass or canvas: 4 to 8 weeks
  • Felted wool portrait: 6 to 12 weeks
  • Personalized ceramic funeral urn: 3 to 6 weeks
  • 3D Photo Crystal: 2 to 4 weeks

    Delivery times may vary depending on the season and the number of orders in progress.

How can you be sure you are satisfied with Soulis Memorial?

Throughout the creation process, we will send you photos and videos for review. If you have any concerns, we will discuss them with you and make adjustments to ensure your custom portrait best reflects your pet's appearance. We pay attention to detail and strive to capture your companion's unique qualities.

Please note that while we do our best to accurately represent your pet, slight color variations may occur due to differences in electronic screen displays. Additionally, the texture of the wool and the limitations of the needle felting technique may prevent a 100% exact match.

What if I want to return or cancel my order?

Since each Soulis Memorial portrait or product is 100% custom made , we do not accept returns.
