Return policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your portrait or custom creation, please contact us at hello.soulisco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to answer your questions or concerns.

However, due to the 100% handmade and personalized nature of each portrait, funeral urn or 3D photo crystal, we do not accept returns .

If you would like to make any additional changes, please let us know before we finalize your creation . Once the piece is completed and sent, no adjustments are possible .

Order Cancellation Policy
To secure your spot on our commission list, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required at the time of booking. This deposit allows us to dedicate time and resources to creating your personalized portrait.

If you decide to cancel your order before we begin working on your project, any payment made will be refunded, except for the 20% non-refundable deposit .

Once work on your order has begun, cancellations are no longer possible , as significant time and materials have already been invested in creating your unique piece.

We sincerely thank you for your understanding and support, as each creation is handmade with care and attention.


Order Modification Policy
If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order . We cannot guarantee changes beyond this timeframe.
